Role Summary
We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Delhi NCR. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in our end-to-end recruitment process, with a focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier international talent. You will be instrumental in supporting our global staffing efforts, particularly within the IT domain, helping us build high-performing teams across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process—from requisition through to onboarding—ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Proactively source and attract talent using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, talent communities, and employee referrals.
- Bring proven expertise in IT recruitment, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and fast-paced nature of technology hiring.
- Lead and coordinate interviews and assessments in partnership with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline to support immediate hiring needs and future workforce planning.
- Champion a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint, while reinforcing Appalus’ employer brand and core values.
- Utilize targeted recruitment marketing strategies to engage passive talent and effectively promote open roles.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local universities to support graduate recruitment and outreach efforts.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders, fostering trust and alignment throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
- Familiarity with HR systems is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and staying organized in a remote work setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.).
