Role Summary

Manages a defined portfolio of accounts across Australia, India, and the US to identify new business opportunities, drive contract renewals, and build a robust sales pipeline, ensuring deals are successfully closed and revenue targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Activity – Has end to end sales responsibility including pipeline origination, pipeline progression, pipeline close, and post-close acct management, upsell/cross-sell, and renewal
  • Target audience – Targets predefined account base; Operational, Business, and Financial Decision Makers; CXOs; all segments/industries
  • Approach – Utilizes account based consultative approach, and long-term relationship management.
  • Product/Offering focus – Applies a solution-selling strategy across a comprehensive portfolio, including services, transactional and contractual sales.
  • Sales Lifecycle Management: Owns the full sales cycle—from opportunity identification through to post-close delivery and ongoing account development—with accountability across all sales stages (0–100%).
  • Deliverable –Delivers validated closed revenue, maintains accurate opportunity and CRM records, and produces high-quality proposals, pipeline reviews, and sales forecasts.

  • Strategic Relationship Building: Builds and sustains strong relationships with key stakeholders to establish trust, uncover business needs, and present tailored, high-impact solutions.
  • Sales Expertise: Brings a consultative, value-driven sales approach with a focus on maintaining a healthy, fast-moving pipeline. Effectively balances new opportunity generation with closing revenue, aligning solutions to client needs, context, and budgets—including the development of TCO and ROI-based business cases.
  • Account & Territory Strategy: Proven ability to create and execute strategic plans for account growth and territory development, aligning with broader business goals.
  • Technical Acumen: Well-versed in emerging IT trends with the agility to quickly understand and communicate complex, transformative technologies.
  • Operational Insight: Strong understanding of end-to-end sales operations, including cross-functional coordination to manage deal dependencies and ensure successful closure.

Experience

  • Proven Full-Cycle Sales Experience: Demonstrated success managing end-to-end sales processes across at least two distinct industries or technology domains.
  • Experience Level: 3–8 years of relevant sales experience in a technology-driven environment.
  • Core Expertise: Solid background in IT, with hands-on knowledge in one or more areas such as CRM, ERP, cloud solutions, and/or cybersecurity
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using productivity tools including Outlook, Microsoft 365, and web conferencing platforms; proficient in Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and sales tracking.
