Roles and Responsibilities

The Technical Lead plays a pivotal role in the design and delivery of advanced Salesforce solutions for our clients. This includes a range of technologies such as Salesforce.com products and APIs, Apex, Lightning, mobile development, OmniStudio, and integration/ETL technologies. With a strong balance of strategic vision and technical expertise, you are adept at both big-picture thinking and resolving intricate problems. Your deep knowledge ensures you can design robust systems that handle high volumes and maintain performance under pressure. You combine solid technical skills with an understanding of enterprise needs, creating scalable solutions aligned with clients’ long-term growth objectives.

Required Skills & Capabilities

  •       8-12 years of CRM experience, with a minimum of 6 years on the Salesforce platform.
  •       Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations effectively.
  •       Lead technical design sessions, creating and documenting solutions aligned with client business goals, while identifying gaps between current and desired states.
  •       Provide oversight and governance for organization-wide Salesforce initiatives.
  •       Establish and maintain coding standards, conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and proper design patterns.
  •       Occasionally participate in activities such as technical landscape discovery and Proof-of-Concept (POC) development for prospects.
  •       Expert-level proficiency with the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Commerce Clouds.
  •       Deep understanding of design patterns, large data volume limitations, and associated best practices.
  •       Knowledge of data sharing, visibility, and platform architecture considerations.
  •       Familiar with platform authentication patterns, including SAML, SSO, and OAuth.
  •       Experience with data integration tools and integrating Salesforce with various business systems (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, etc.).
  •       Strong understanding of environment management, release management, version control best practices, and deployment methodologies.
  •       Willing to take a hands-on approach, when necessary, as part of client projects.
  •       Willing to travel to client sites, with an estimated travel requirement of 25-30%.
  •       Experience working with global teams for cross-geography project delivery.
  •       Active Salesforce certifications.
